School-aged children are submitted to many stressors. Promoting school-aged children wellness is therefore so important. Whether it is impending exams, high workload, problems at home, or just dealing with the normal stressors. School-aged children are not only bombarded by these normal stressors though. These days children want phones at a younger age, they have access to social media and chat platforms from younger. They are submitted to flawless profile pics and online bullying. The list goes on. We highlight these and look at possible strategies and solutions.

We follow these issues and also get experts to advise on those relating to pupil wellness. Therefore we look at issues from correct eating, to study tips and in between. We all want happy and healthy children. Therefore we learn from each other when necessary. As the African saying goes; It takes a village to raise a child. Let’s learn from each other.
